snow picnic

 

The girls have been wanting to play in the snow but it has not worked to go out recently. So 

I used my friend Sharon's idea and brought it in. They had a blast, Jethro didn't know

What to make of it but the girls built castles and dug and ate it...and got pretty wet...

I have been working with the girls learning the Children's Catechism questions.
The question that Ema is on:
What is another name for the ten commandments?
Answer: The Decalogue
After Ema heard the answer she sings "Just like Deck the halls with bows of holly..."
Jeff and I got a real hoot out of this....
